Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Our client, an excellent commercial construction GC/CM company in the Philadelphia suburbs is actively in search of a commercial Project Manager and Sr Project Manager with commercial, hospital, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, project experience.
Projects are ground up & renovation large multi-million dollars in value.
Project Manager- Individuals will have at least 5+ years of commercial construction project experience.
Senior Project Manager- Individuals will have ~10+ years of strong commercial construction project experience.
Salary is commensurate with experience.

Requirements
- Minimum of at least five (5) or more years of commercial construction project experience for PM role and approximately ten (10) or more for senior project manager
