This north Jersey commercial development company is seeking a purchasing mgr.
This person will distribute design documents to existing and new bidders for the solicitation of proposals, qualify bids by reviewing for completeness and analyzing proposal costs versus approved budgets, provide problem solving support to field personnel during construction, assist in preparing budgets for building and/or site construction from in house takeoffs and historic cost data, assist general analysis and problem solving on a variety of issues regarding new projects, draft and administer concise and complete trade subcontracts, assist in the administration of the purchasing database.
Associates Degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other business related field. (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3 years relevant purchasing/inventory experience.
Salary range commensurate with experience.
