Job Details:
My client is a well known General Construction firm in the Allentown area. They are seeking an Estimator to round out their Estimating team.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ construction experience working in the Healthcare, Academic, Life Science and Commercial markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Bid Reviews
In-house Takeoffs
Proposal Preparation
Subcontractor Package Preparation and Scope Review
Attend Pre-construction meetings
Propose Value Engineering Concepts
Subcontractor Selection Process
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3-5 years’ construction experience
BS in Engineering or Construction Management is required
On Screen Take-Off
Microsoft Excel
Procore Software a plus
People who have mastered Excel to the front of the line!
