Job Details:
SEC Reporting Manager - Fully Remote
Role:
The SEC Reporting Manager will work to prepare and file all external financial reporting documents and related SEC filings, researching and documenting application of technical accounting guidance and managing the accounting for all equity-based transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts in the preparation of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and SEC periodic non-financial reports
- Financial and SEC reporting of all equity-based transactions and related compensation accounting
- Assist with Month-end close and financial statement review
- Coordinate reviews and audits with external auditors and accounting and supporting review/audit prep processes
Skills:
- Private and Public accounting experience
- Strong technical accounting background
- Familiarity with IFRS
Required:
- CPA
- 3+ years of SEC and SOX experience
