My Client is a growing, well-established leader in construction and real estate development services who is seeking a Project Manager with experience running Multi-Family, Apartments, & Mixed-use projects to add to its talented staff. Qualified Candidates should have:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience successfully managing ground up construction projects
- Microsoft software proficient, as well as relevant construction industry software
- Demonstrated success at running $25-$75 million projects
- LEED AP or LEED Green Associate is preferred
- Certifications in safety, OSHA training, and general continuing education
