Healthcare Marketing Manager – Digital Media ( Remote )
- Lead a data-driven, technology-enabled, performance marketing team responsible for delivering unique, personalized digital customer experiences across platforms and devices.
- Interface with key business stakeholders at all levels to understand complex business problems and present analytics -driven, engaging, customer-centric digital solutions to be delivered in a retail environment.
- Review and analyzes media traffic, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape and communicates the current capabilities and opportunities to project teams and business stakeholders.
- Perform management responsibilities including, but not limited to involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
- Lead a team of performance marketing experts to develop, evolve, communicate, and implement various digital strategies, including but not limited to web, social, and/or mobile strategy. Leverage industry best practices to define and deliver best-in-class, efficient, and effective digital solutions that result in meeting and exceeding our business objectives and customer expectations.
- Partner with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, marketing, brand, content, and product strategies and then build a technology roadmap that enables achieving those business goals.
- Select and manage our digital media agency, including the oversight and management of significant budgets, resources, and complex, multi-channel programs delivered collaboratively by our digital media agency, internal resources, and other strategic agency partners.
- Manage multiple, complex campaign executions, providing direction and guidance to immediate team members, agencies, and cross-functional partners. Drive prioritization efforts, managing dependencies and impediments to ensure program success.
- Lead the digital media, SEO and performance marketing team
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia or Business Administration/Management
