Job Details:
Project Cost Accounting Analyst
Role:
As a Project Cost Analyst, this individual will be reporting to a Project Controller as well as working with operations, field personnel and plant workers. This would include analyzing data for the projects job costs: equipment, subcontractors, payroll, overhead, etc. This person would also be forecasting, preparing profit and loss statements, project accounting, auditing, as well as making sure the project is in line with all policies, procedures, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Controller with the project accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger, and cost accounting
- Analyze data in regards to the projects payroll, contracts, overhead, equipment, materials, etc.
- Prepare profit and loss statements, reports, summarizations
- Audit Contracts, transactions, procedures, etc.
- Perform Ad hoc Analyst
- Special projects as needed
Working Situation:
This is an in office position. Vaccines are not required but encouraged. There will be very minimal day travel to other sites as needed throughout the year.
Compensation:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 2+ years of prior project costing, job costing, and/or cost accounting
- Certifications are a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to talk to all levels of professionals
