Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead

Role:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis lead, this individual will be reporting directly to the CFO and responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), forecasting, budgeting, projections, KPI's, modeling, business analytics, sales forecasts, ad hoc reporting as well as be a key driver of process improvements, efficiencies, etc. This is a highly visible opening that will work with all different departments as well as stakeholders of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manager internal business relationships as well as a team of finance professionals
  • Build financial models; Creating models to measure profitability and identify key drivers for both the overall company and specific business units
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, as well as presentations to the stakeholders
  • Partner with business leaders across accounting, sales, operations, technology, and other areas
  • Evaluate and Improve systems, processes, data integrity, etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate the evolving business to assist with and influence business decisions.
  • Manager, train, and mentor finance professionals
  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Masters or MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years of prior financial planning and analysis experience
  • Must have strong EXCEL skills; Excel certified is a plus
  • ERP system experience is a plus as well
  • Strong business acumen: Ability to work as a sole contributor as well as part of and lead a team

Compensation:

A competitive compensation packed will be available for this position including base, 30% bonus, medical, dental, vision, great 401K, profit sharing, tuition, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, etc.

Working Conditions:

This is currently a remote position that will be moving to a hybrid working situation with in office and work from home capabilities. Typically, that is 3 days in the office and 2 days at a home office.
