Senior Network Engineer/Architect - Cisco
Our client is seeking a Network Engineer for a full time permanent opportunity in their NYC office. You must be in the office 3 days a week and be fully vaccinated. This position will be responsible for Node Management, troubleshooting network devices, maintaining and administering Routers, Switches and Firewalls, performing upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations, other infrastructure and network related duties as they arise.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience overseeing and performing configuration and monitoring of all network equipment
- Experience with routers and switches, with a focus on Cisco ACI
- Ability to support LAN, WAN, WLAN and Internet
- Experience with Azure is a plus
- Hands on knowledge with Firewall technologies such as Palo Alto
- Experience working with Load Balancing technologies such as F5
- Ability to mentor and lead a team
- CCIE, CCNP, and CCNA certifications
This is a full time permanent position with excellent compensation, PTO, and benefits. You must be willing to go into the office 3 days a week. No sponsorship or C2C.
