Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate experience is preferred - Horsham, Pa
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will perform key operational, financial planning and performance analysis. This would include reporting, forecasting, budgeting, retention analysis, evaluations, analyzing leasing deals, as well as presenting findings to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform operational and financial analysis on commercial properties
- Create performance forecasts
- Work with Finance Manager to create and maintain performance, occupancy, and retention analysis
- Create Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Work on pricing analysis for lease completion
- Help the division implement and improve ERP systems
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Prior Financial Analysis experience is required; Prior real estate industry or professional services industry experience is highly preferred.
- Must have a strong technical background with Excel, MRI, JD Edwards, Yardi, etc.
