Job Details:
Mechanical Project Manager -
Responsible for management of mechanical projects.
Duties include purchasing, cost control, overseeing coordination, subcontracts, and scheduling of the project activities. Other duties include processing change proposals, submittal review, submission of monthly requisitions, and coordination of manpower requirements with Labor Superintendents. Experience in one of the following: HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Piping, Energy, Utilities, GC, Construction fields. Also looking for an assistant project manager - APM
- Provided detailed cost background and accounting
- Manage progress and execution
- Work with General Contractor with all changes and paperwork
- Excellent time management skills
- A Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Excellent health care and compensation.
