Preconstruction Manager
My client, a well-respected national construction firm, is looking to add a Preconstruction Manager to their talented staff. Qualified candidates should possess a BS degree, well versed in managing workflow for estimators and have the ability to develop budgets. 5+ years’ experience in an estimating capacity handling large multi-million dollar projects is preferred. Clear communication is key for this role as there will be heavy interaction with Clients, Architects, Engineers, & Executives. The company is offering a generous salary and benefits package!!!
