Customer Success Manager:
Our client located in King of Prussia PA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work in a very exciting industry with some big name Tech companies in a full time permanent position! This person will be responsible for understanding their client's needs and delivering solutions to drive sales and customer engagement:
Qualifications:
- 3+ yrs in a customer success type role
- Having a technical background or experience in IT is a plus
- Technically sound in Microsoft office
- Able to speak technically to a non technical audience
- Ability to work amongst multiple teams with excellent communication
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
