Warranty Manager - Multi-Family - Residential Construction

My client a growing Real Estate Development company is seeking to add a Construction Warranty Manager to their growing team. They are seeking the following qualifications:
- Experience in Multi-Family or Residential Construction
- Conduct homeowner assessments for large developments
- Determine corrective work orders and root-cause analysis
- Ability to organize, schedule and execute work through vendors
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
- Responsible for quality inspections, trades, backcharges and POs
