Civil Project Manager - Land Development
Well regarded civil engineering firm has an exciting career opportunity for a Project Manager (Civil Land Development in Central Florida.
This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity that comes with great pay & benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management.
- 5+ years of land development experience working in commercial/industrial projects.
- Supervising all facets of projects: client management, business development, leading design teams and presentations, construction documents.
- Takeoffs, estimates, permitting, and tracking budgets.
- P.E. or E.I. license preferred
