Investment Accountant
I'm seeking a Investment Account with a focus on Valuation and OTTI for a full-time position with a stable and growing company in the local area. This position offers 3 days a week to work from home and the other 2 days in the Center City office. Interested candidates should have the following experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- CFA or CPA designation or working toward it is preferred
- 3-5+ years of Investment Accounting or relevant experience
- Knowledge about fixed income instruments, concepts and general portfolio management
- Insurance investment accounting with GAAP and statutory principles
- Knowledge of time value of money concepts, discounting, compounding, internal rates of return
