Senior Consolidations Accountant
60-80K and Bonus

Role:
As a Senior Consolidations Accountant, you be part of a highly visible team working cross functionally with different departments and divisions. This individual will be responsible for consolidating accounts, compiling data, analysis, reporting as well as other ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the monthly consolidation of company worldwide results and the preparation and distribution of the monthly worldwide consolidated financial reporting package.
- Partnering with accounting teams within acquired divisions/departments to obtain information necessary to develop and maintain our general ledgers
- Maintain all aspects of the consolidation closing process, consolidation elimination entries, and calendar management.
- Analyze financial results for various legal entities.
- Prepare quarterly bank covenant analysis for Treasury
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Reviewing consolidated trial balances and financial statements received from business partners
- Assisting in managing financial reporting and audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- MBA or Master's is a plus
- 3+ years of finance and accounting experience.
- Public accounting experience is preferred
