CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL)
Our client, an award winning general contractor/construction manager and leader in the Philadelphia Area's high-end, custom residential construction market is looking for a proven Project Manager.
Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for creation of construction schedule and budget for high-end, custom residential projects and ensure they are maintained.
Provide on-site supervision as needed to include scheduling subcontractors, material deliveries and inspections.
Ensure Quality Control program is maintained, implemented and continually improved.
Ensure Safety Programs are maintained, implemented and continually improved.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and utilities to ensure plans are implemented properly.
Provide leadership, training and accountability for on-site Superintendents.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Ability to read and understand construction plans.
Excellent computer skills to utilize company online project management software.
Ability to lead subcontractors and ensure compliance with plans and building codes.
Excellent verbal communication skills - must communicate well with other employees, neighbors, subcontractors, vendors.
Time Management and Scheduling.
High level of integrity and ability to self-manage.
Attention to detail, organized, and analytical
7-10+ years of high-end, custom residential construction experience as a Project Manager in the Philadelphia market.
