Property Manager - Residential Experience – 400+ units
Our client owns a large affordable housing apparement complex in San Francisco. We are assisting them in their search for a Property Manager with HUD experience.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Several years of experience on large apartment complexes
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Experience leading a team of at least 5 direct reports
- Section 42 knowledge
