SQL Support Specialist
Our client located in King of Prussia is seeking a SQL Support Specialist to support both internal and external applications. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting and rectifying both tier 1 and tier 2 issues. Additionally, this person will be responsible for customer delivery, analysis and diagnosis of application errors and interacting with various groups throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting and troubleshooting database driven applications
- Working knowledge of data extraction, transformation and loading using SQL
- Understanding/experience with Java and .NET a plus
- Working in a regulated environment a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must have the ability to go into the office in King of Prussia
