Job Details:
A well-established full service, existing conditions contractor is searching for a Business Development Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a team of estimators while also growing and maintaining a book of business!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of estimators to help with bidding on projects, call backs, meeting goals and new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with the key decision makers of existing customers
- Create and execute strategies to acquire new customers and open new vertical markets
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience.
- Experience managing/mentoring a sales team
- Energetic and ambitious personality is key
- Excellent communication skills – positive attitude and customer focused.
- Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
