Construction Estimator- Heavy Civil/Bridges
Leading General Contractor firm is looking for a Construction Estimator with at least 3+ years of proposal, bid-work, estimating and management of Heavy Civil, Wastewater Treatment, and Bridge projects. Responsibilities:
- Interpret drawings and specs
- Solicit quotes and complete estimate
- Determine time frame of project
- Review estimated projects alongside superintendents to complete bid
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Heavy Civil/ Bridge construction estimating
- High dollar project estimation experience ($5M+)
- Ability to read and navigate plans and specifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detailed orientated
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office Programs, takeoffs
