CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
NYC-based high-end residential GC seeks a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
- Project planning and scheduling for coordination of labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
