Director - Planning & Development
You will represent the Company at all Planning Board Hearings. Coordinate the efforts of EDPS Engineering and Architectural Departments as well as outside Design Professionals to prepare for all Submissions and Planning Board Hearings. Preliminary and Final.
Responsible for contract administration for any outside consultants, Ensure that design standards are met for local, State, and County codes and standards. Analysis properties during the Due Diligence process for profitability. Manage the work flow of all properties in the planning stage (entitlements staff) From concept through signed maps.
Education:
Degreed Civil Engineer
PE preferred but not a must
