Shop Manager
Leading Manufacturer of glass & metal systems has an immediate need for a 1st shift Shop Foreman to oversee the plant. Position offers outstanding medical, 401k, vacation/sick and job stability.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Shop Manager in a glass/metal or related plant.
- Previous fabrication shop experience with assembly and managing team of shop crew is preferred.
- Establish preventive maintenance schedules.
- Discuss mechanical problems with other mechanics and help resolve repair problems.
- Review and approve completed work orders.
- Order equipment and supplies and maintain accurate records.
- Team player with excellent communication skills
