Qualilty Manager
A leading electronics manufacturer in the Philadelphia area has an immediate need for a Quality Manager to lead their daily quality activities in an ISO regulated environment. Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintain, update and continuously improve our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system.
- Develop, update and generate new procedures as needed.
- Eliminate and prevent quality problems at all levels of the organization using quality objectives.
- Interact with customers, suppliers, production and engineering personnel in resolving quality problems and leading the implementation of corrective actions.
- Set-up, use, and calibrate mechanical, electronic, and optical test equipment to inspect very small production parts.
- Inspection of incoming, in-process and finished product (including precision machined plastic and metal parts, molded plastic parts, and printed circuit boards).
- Evaluate and process customer returns and non-conforming materials.
- Complete and submit customer supplied environmental and safety surveys.
Qualified candidates must possess 8-10 years of electronics manufacturing experience; strong audit and product inspection skills; and the ability to manage ISO quality standards.
