Director of Development and Operations
My client has a full time opening for a Director of Development and Operations. They offer a solid comp plan and benefits package. And role will involve the following:
- Working closely with the Application Development team
- Vendor management
- Oversight of full life cycle implementation of various applications
- Guide technical teams with project planning, resource prioritization and operational guidelines etc
- Assist with implementing the strategic direction for the IT department
- Technology planning
- Establish and monitor performance metrics
- Project management experience including the oversight and resolution of company wide IT project initiatives
- Experience with Enterprise level systems
- Ability to lead and motivate technical teams
- Experience in a Microsoft env - .Net, C#, Javascript, HTML, SQL etc.
