Job Details:
Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with their PE License to lead a Civil Engineering department as well as head business development activities as they relate to land development and site design projects.
Job Duties:
- Help oversee and manage land development/site design projects
- Business Development
- Design work to include grading, utility, storm water management, etc.
- Maintain budgets and schedules
- Interact with and oversee other members of the engineering team
- Client interaction
- Visit construction and client sites to monitor work
- Generate reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania
- 15+ years experience with land development / site design projects for commercial, industrial and residential projects
- Experience with and understanding of various design software projects
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very strong communication skills
- Experience with permitting
- Client interaction experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Team player
