Financial Performance Analyst
Role:
As a Financial Performance Analyst, this person will sit under Financial Operations while reporting to a Performance Analytics Manager and responsible for financial analysis, consolidations, data analysis, reporting, performance analysis, profitability analysis, etc. This is a great role for someone that wants to get into a company and learn the business from a financial perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Performance Analytics Manager with various financial analysis projects including profitability, performance analysis, variance analysis, etc.
- Work with Excel on several models, pulling data, organizing data, building reports, etc.
- Assist with strategic project initiatives including bench marking, KPI's performance analytics, etc. Monitor projects from concept to implementation.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and modeling
- Partner with different stakeholders and leaders within business, operations, and sales to understand their needs
- Special Projects or Ad Hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel skills are required; Modeling experience is a plus
Working Conditions:
Ideally, this position would be a Hybrid position with someone local to the office. However, for the right candidate this can be a 100% remote position with occasional travel.
Compensation:
