Project Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Conceptual budgeting/planning based on plans and specs.
- Field measure steel stairs, rails, gates, ladders etc.
- Structural Steel Building experience a plus.
- Assist in overseeing steel trade sub-contractors, engineering drawings, and construction contracts.
- Develop cost-effective erection plans and schedules for completion projects.
- Review and develop structural steel drawings.
- Prepare detail drawings.
- Team leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
