My Client is a growing, well-established leader in construction and real estate development services who is seeking a Regional Land Development Manager to add to its talented staff. Qualified Candidates should have:
- Experience in civil engineering, land planning, construction or commercial real estate
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Land Planning/Geography, or a related business degree are preferred
- Professional Services or Business Development experience a plus
- Experience in design and development of water and sewer mains, mass grading, roadway horizontal and vertical design, erosion control, and storm drainage for high profile residential and commercial projects
- Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with civil, architectural, engineering, surveying and geotechnical firms to increase market exposure and build allies for project pursuits
