Technology and IT Service Manager
Fast growing company is seeking a Technology and IT Service Manager. Qualified candidates will have similar experience to the following.:
- Experience with ITIL or ITSM
- IT Help Desk support, triage tickets, desktop systems, iPad, iPhone support
- IT Support Management, supporting enterprise IT Applications and Technology.
- Supervisory experience.
- Highly skilled in IT relating to running Retail Stores from POS, Pricing Terminals, Managed Hardware, Security Cameras, ADP Time Clocks, People Counters, Digital Displays
- Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Office Products, MS Teams, Visio
- Experience managing ISPs
- Experience with application delivery, maintenance and 3rd party support of SaaS and Mobile applications
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Knowledge of IT help desk practices and customer service tactics.
