Well respected General Contractor seeks a Project Manager to join their growing team. My client seeks a promotable individual who is comfortable working with a smaller firm that is rapidly expanding throughout the NYC area. Experience with both interior fit outs and ground up projects is desired.

- 3+ years with a leadership role in the construction industry
- Great client relations skills
- Experience with both submittals and approvals
