Job Details:
Looking for a Operations Supervisor to be #2 person in Senior Operation Manager. Key is to have the ability to deal with people and manpower and have great knowledge of Building Automation. Knowledge of the Northern V/ Wash DC market would be a plus too. Either Project Managers coming out of the field or Service Operations type. Additional duties include:
• Meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
• In conjunction with the Executive Management Team, continues to develop the entire Service Department in all aspects to provide “World Class” customer service.
• Continues to advance the digital conversion/automation of all work processes utilizing the Companies Service Management software systems
• Works towards unity and cohesiveness with all other departments within the Company to include Administration, Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, Installation, Finance, HR, Project Management and Special Accounts
• Works with others in a continuous effort in acquiring new talent to support goals
• Presents other profitable business opportunities to the Executive Management Team for consideration
