Project Architect Corporate Interiors
Project Architect Corporate Interiors will manage all phases of the projects with demonstrated technical expertise. Revit experience.
Supervise small to large teams, delegates and coordinates work, reviews and approves work of all internal and external members.
Provides final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications.
Oversee construction document production and management of BIM model. Revit savvy.
Attends client meetings and regularly interfaces with clients and consultants.
Coordinates with Project Managers on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to workplan.
Advocates for design excellence and encourages team members and consultants to keep the design a priority.
Implements methods for improving the quality of documentation.
Desired, Preferred, Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Masters’ degree a plus. Registered Architect and/or working towards registration.
7 plus years’ corporate interiors experience
Proven ability to lead the design, documentation, and construction administration process.
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Revit savvy.

A generous salary $90,000 - $130,000 and benefits package will be provided. Remote hybrid work schedule.US Citizenship, Perm Resident, Green Card Holder is required.
