Job Details:
Project Manager
Responsible for managing HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Piping projects.
Knowledge:
- Develop accurate conceptual cost models
- Maintain current material & labor pricing including escalation
- Reconcile estimates with other consultants & design team
- Generate sound documentation for scope of work assumed in estimates
- Continue relationships with subcontractors & material vendors,
- Elaborate construction methods, productivity, equipment, systems and materials
- Familiarity and working experience with latest technologies for estimating, project management and future industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to developed new business.
- Knowledge of estimating software
