Business Process Analyst ( long term contract)
My client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our talented, dynamic team. The Business Process Analyst will also meet with subject matter experts in the organization to gather process information and/or requirements. In this role, the Business Process Analyst may interact with senior level staff to propose process modifications.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates change requests and SME feedback, ensuring comments and questions are addressed and content is updated accordingly.
Ensures guidance and information is current.
Manages the format and language of knowledge content so that readers can more easily use it.
Updates and maintains products that conform to the accessibility, governance, quality, and style guide standards.
Designs and documents new processes and gets organizational feedback
Communicates process flows or requirements to staff for software development efforts or as part of procedural training
Qualifications:
Education
Requires a Bachelor`s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience.
Certifications and other specialized training will be considered in lieu of traditional degrees.
Skills
Excellent writing skills
Being able to provide content that is clear, concise, consistent, cohesive, and organized in a logical format so that it is easy to find.
Proven experience working in a complex enterprise solutions or systems environment.
Technical Competencies
Be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Be proficient in Visio.
Have experience with Agile/Jira.
