Project Manager (Glass & Glazing)
Well respected glass/glazing contractor in the North Jersey area that specializes commercial projects is looking for the following:
- Experience with either glass interior or exterior commercial projects.
- 5-10 years overseeing glass and glazing projects that include stairs, rails, curtain walls, store fronts, and entrances.
- Oversee all on site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering design.
- Coordinate and communicate as required between architects, field people and owners.
- Must have worked for a company that specializes in curtain walls, store fronts, entrances, etc. for commercial projects or interior glass projects.
- Review and analyze bid packages and contracts
- Attend meetings with general contractors and architects.
- Take project from concept to completion.
- Glass and glazing contractor experience is a requirement
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
