Job Details:
My client seeks a BIM specialist who knows REVIT an BIM and who is strong In REVIT/BIM 360. Must know how to set up MEP plans from raw Revit model. Autocad/Microstation/Bentley all a plus!
- 5-25+ years’ experience working as a BIM Coordinator for an MEP Firm.
- Can manage 5 Cad Drafters
- Set up and maintain revit models for MEP CAD drawings .
- Experience setting up pdf files, printing quality control for the CAD Department.
- Draft mark-ups for Project Managers.
- Maintain project files and do software installs and upgrades.
- Construction site visits and surveys
- Revit experience
- Coordinate with engineers for compliance Documentation of all shop & project drawings
- Team player with good communication skills.
