Growing commercial real estate company in Eddystone has an immediate opening for a building maintenance engineer to handle all maintenance and operations of multiple, large commercial office properties.
The qualified candidate will have be HVAC Certified, have a school diploma and have commercial office building maintenance/HVAC experience. Residential experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities includes ensuring the daily operations of mechanical as well as fire alarm, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Excellent opportunity to join a well-respected firm that offers a generous salary package and opportunity for advancement!!
