Overview:
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and hands on knowledge of Studios and Builders is a must.
- Experience with Salesforce.com Administration and configuration is a must.
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Credential preferred.
- Experience with basic HTML (For example, creating tables, links, and bolding).
- Demonstrated writing/communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects.
- Ability to work independently and adeptly multi-task and prioritize a high volume of projects and tasks at one time.
- Ability to work with diverse departments across an organization.
- Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics.
- Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and advancement.
- Support day to day application incident and Support requests.
Education:
- Four year college degree or equivalent course work.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), to create and maintain Lists, Data Extensions and update subscriber lists and create segmentation groups and track emails and develop relevant reports and dashboards.
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back.
- Use SF Connector for passing data to and from multiple SFDC instances.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions.
- Provide support to corporate marketing team on Marketing Cloud.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Complete rigorous QA checks on every change made within the Marketing Cloud Org.
- Collaborate and train other team members.
- Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint based project delivery.
