Job Details:
My client is looking for two very different type of sales Account Executive. They seek either a Building Automation Sales professional or an HVAC Mechanical Contracting Sales professional. Additional duties include either Building Automation installation market knowledge or :
Estimate and Sell HVAC construction contracts
Establish and develop relationships with general contractors, mechanical contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors
Prequalify, track and pursue projects to bid
Review plans, specifications, bid documents and estimates
Perform risk analysis prior to submitting proposals
A successful candidate will have:
Sheet Metal/Mechanical Estimating and Sales experience
Understanding of contract specifications and drawings and ability to determine scope of work
Strong Negotiation Skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work productively under pressure
Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred but not required:
College Degree/Continued Education (Sales and Marketing, Construction)
Experience using Computerized Estimating Software
