Job Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Close: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and provide support in the forecasting process. Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Audit Support: Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance controls, and drive operational efficiency.
