Job Details:
As a Mortgage Technical Business Analyst you will work with the appropriate business lines to analyze, troubleshoot and escalate business system needs, while providing technical support to assist with the functionality of software in conformance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities consist of:
- Identifying and documenting business processes and technical requirements
- Configuring business rules based upon business requirements
- Documenting and communicating the impact of proposed system enhancements and changes to current business processes
- Playing a key role in the change management process involving changes to the application and interface/integration with the core system
- Working with the Technology department to ensure that formal and disciplined change management guidelines are being followed
- Evaluating, prioritizing, managing, and testing newly incorporated features and enhancements
- Preparing and executing testing and data validation of new development and enhancements
- Managing vendor interfaces and data as it relates to mortgage systems and processes
- Developing reports as needed based on team requests
- Supporting the mortgage processing system by setting permissions, updating tables, managing views, adding workflows and providing technical assistance
- Assisting the team in planning and installing enhancements or new development in production and taking a lead role in driving the vendor to complete enhancements on time and within budget
- Compiling and composing written procedures for lending operations
- Creating and maintaining user guides, job aids, and other materials for application users
- Participating in cross functional teams to deliver small departmental projects

Qualifications:
What we are looking for:
- College Degree (BS or BA) or Equivalent in Related Field
- SQL Experience is required
- Estreet or Avenue 365 would be a plus
