Construction Project Executive - Commercial
Leading commercial contractor seeks Project Executive:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering strongly preferred
- 8+ years commercial construction experience; including at least 4 years project management exp
- Business relationship management
- Excellent presentation & proposal experience
- Win strategy development
- Healthcare buildings, medical buildings, corporate office buildings
- Renovations, remodeling and ground-up
- Oversee multiple projects while simultaneously participating in BD efforts
- Strong technical background
- Commercial construction experts within all facets & phases
- Experience managing fast paced, high pressure projects to meet technical, financial, and schedule demands desirable
- Develop new business & maintain existing
- Passionate
- Microsoft office proficiency
