Job Details:
My client seeks that special Lead Technician in CCTV and Commercial Security installation. Must have mastered all skills required as a Technician. Firm Understanding of data communication- 422/485/RS232/modems & Networking. Be able to program card access and camera systems. Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel. Be able work independently with little or no supervision. Must demonstrate honestly, openness, trust and respect at all times. Responsibilities Track material and job progress. Must be able to work a changing schedule and travel when needed in and out of the country. Must take responsibility of job success and failures. Help develop Technicians and Assistant Technicians. Assist in developing and applying company standards. Work closely with sales force. Recognize problems, handle customer complaints and resolve job site issues immediately. Provide systems training to end users Complete daily work sheets to assist in tracking job progress and provide detail job history.
