Job Details:
Liberty Personnel is working with a highly regarded commercial HVAC/Mechanical services company in Lansdale that is seeking seeking a QC Construction Manager to lead and implement all Quality Control matters for their commercial HVAC construction projects. $80-120k
Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan.
• Develop understanding/working knowledge of company quality control program, company standards, procedures, codes, etc. required to perform assigned work.
• Review, comment upon and control submittal process
• Perform quality control inspections and witness tests to determine acceptability of work.
• Create and maintain work performance records, inspection records and other related items; assure correctness of all documents.
• Prepare and implement quality control procedures, i.e., inspection instructions, control measuring and test equipment, etc.
• Participate in internal/external quality control audits.
• Review purchase documents to insure compliance with quality control requirements.
Requirements
• 5-10 years’ construction industry, on-site experience, including Quality Control responsibility
• Expertise of commercial projects from the HVAC/Mechanical perspective
• MUST have experience creating and implementing QC policies/procedures/standards
