Job Details:
My client in the Philadelphia area is seeking to hire a full-time Desktop Support Technician to work in a collaborative environment.
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years Help Desk experience.
- Ability to converse fluently with end-users.
- Windows 7/10 Operating Systems.
- MCP and A+ Certifications are a must.
Other Required Skills:
- Ability to escalate tickets using Remedy or similar tool.
- Excellent Phone and Customer Service Skills.
- Proficiency with Hardware and Software.
- MS Office Suite.
