My client in the Philadelphia area is seeking to hire a full-time Desktop Support Technician to work in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years Help Desk experience.
  • Ability to converse fluently with end-users.
  • Windows 7/10 Operating Systems.
  • MCP and A+ Certifications are a must.

Other Required Skills:

  • Ability to escalate tickets using Remedy or similar tool.
  • Excellent Phone and Customer Service Skills. 
  • Proficiency with Hardware and Software.
  • MS Office Suite.
