Help Desk Technician
I'm seeking a Help Desk Technician for a 12 month contract project working on-site in the Center City Philadelphia office location. Interested candidates should have 5-7+ years of Help Desk experience with the following skills.
- Answer Help Desk calls and try to resolve technical issues before writing and passing a ticket to the second and third tier support.
- Troubleshoot VPN connection issues via phone
- Troubleshoot network connection issues via phone
- Install software remotely
- Troubleshoot network resource access issues via phone
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office issues via phone
