Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Construction Management- General Construction- GC/CM-Design Build
Our client an excellent Commercial Construction company in the Greater Philadelphia area is actively in search of a commercial senior project manager with strong experience managing assigned projects from pre-construction, buyout, closeout and turnover to the client. Applicants will have ground up multi-million dollar project experience. His is a full time permanent staff position.
Commercial construction experience is required for consideration. Individuals will have several years of strong commercial construction experience; Commercial office buildings, Multi-Family, Academic/Institutional, Healthcare, Corporate Headquarters, Higher Education, etc. Experience managing large multi- million dollar projects $10+ million.

Requirements
- At least seven (7) years or more of commercial experience
- Relevant work/ project experience
- Salary is open dependent experience
- College Degree desired, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or relevant degree)
